The largest cryptocurrency exchange has announced that it has withdrawn its application for a license from the German Financial Service (BaFin). However, Binance plans to apply again in the future.
“Binance confirms that it has withdrawn its BaFin application. The situation both on the world market and in regulation has changed significantly. The company still intends to apply for the relevant licensing in Germany, but it is important that the application accurately reflects the changes that are taking place,” the company representatives explained.
