After bringing AI-powered enhancements to Workspace apps in August, Google is bringing the same firepower for security operations in the form of Duet AI. The company has also announced the general availability (GA) of Duet AI for Developers, becoming the first two Google Cloud offerings to go GA.
Duet AI, which is like the Copilot from Microsoft, is expected to be available early next year.
Duet AI in Security Operations: What it does
With Duet AI in Security Operations, teams responsible for online security will be able to boost productivity by accelerating threat detection, investigation and response using generative AI. The capability incorporates the company’s security intelligence (i.e., Mandiant’s frontline intelligence on vulnerabilities, malware, and threat indicators) to help defenders protect their organisations.
