Samsung hasn’t mentioned which new features, but they could be the AI features from the Galaxy Z Fold 8. Breaking: Galaxy S26 series gets seventh One UI 9 beta release with new AI features. The 1,234MB update (firmware ZZHK) includes the August 5, 2026, security patch and introduces new AI features, though Samsung hasn’t detailed which ones.

Currently live in Germany, India, Poland, the UK, and South Korea, the new update will soon be available in the US as well. Earlier this week, Samsung released One UI 9 Beta 6 for the Galaxy S26 series. Samsung usually goes a few weeks between beta releases, and while we hoped for a stable update to finally roll out, there were indications that Samsung was working on yet another beta update.

Turns out it was, as Samsung has begun rolling out One UI 9 Beta 7 for the Galaxy S26 series. We’ve received the seventh One UI 9 update on our Galaxy S26 Ultra in the UK.

Over the past few days we’ve seen leaked CAD-based renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 and S27 Ultra, and today we’re getting a look at the S27 Pro. This will be the new model in the line, and you can think of it as a smaller version of the S27 Ultra, devoid of an S Pen.

The Galaxy S27 Pro inherits the S27 Ultra’s new camera island design, which seems heavily inspired by Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. The camera plateau takes up almost the entire width of the top part of the phone’s rear, even though the cameras are all placed to the left.
