Recognised again: Raspberry Pi and the London Stock Exchange’s Green Economy Mark

We’re delighted to share that Raspberry Pi has once again been awarded the London Stock Exchange’s Green Economy Mark. Recognised again: Raspberry Pi and the London Stock Exchange’s Green Economy Mark. Having first obtained the mark when we listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2024, retaining the recognition is a welcome affirmation that sustainability remains at the core of what we do.

What the Green Economy Mark is Launched in 2019, the Green Economy Mark was the first initiative of its kind created by a global exchange. It was introduced by the London Stock Exchange as an independent, data-driven identification tool that considers the revenue-generating activities from products and services that contribute to the global green economy. The mark can be granted to London-listed companies and funds with equity listings on the Main Market or AIM.

Rather than focusing solely on “pure-play” green businesses, the mark aims to recognise companies and funds of all kinds — across every industry — whose products and services help drive the transition to a low-carbon, sustainable economy. Sustainability becomes meaningful to investors when it is reflected in realised revenues, rather than articulated solely as an ambition. By providing an independent, data-driven assessment of a company’s or fund’s green revenues, the Green Economy Mark gives investors confidence that environmental activity is embedded within its core commercial strategy.
