New physical mock-ups show a compact, stubby design with rounded edges, while leaked dimensions suggest it will be thicker than the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The foldable could also pack dual 50MP rear cameras, 32MP selfie cameras, Qi2 charging, and launch around mid-December. Following Samsung’s lead, another tech giant appears ready to launch a new widescreen foldable, and this one has some serious history behind it.
Apple’s iPhone Duo marks that company’s entry into the foldable market, but Motorola isn’t really entering the market. The company has long made clamshell foldables, and after expanding into the book-style market earlier this year, it may now be planning to enter the widescreen foldable market — and today we’re getting our best preview yet.
