QUICK READ November 3, 2026 Redesigned Health app expands language support The redesigned Health app, built with Apple Intelligence at its core and now with expanded language support, brings powerful, personalized health and fitness insights to millions of people worldwide.

Today, Appleโ€™s redesigned Health app will expand language support to global English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and Vietnamese, bringing powerful, personalized health insights to millions of people worldwide. 1 Built with Apple Intelligence at its core, the Health app dynamically adapts to an individualโ€™s health metrics across iPhone and iPad, offering insight into how to optimize their day and a comprehensive view of long-term wellbeing. 2, 3 The Health app has been built to securely and privately protect a userโ€™s data at every step.

The updated experience includes a new Insights tab that surfaces timely, holistic summaries spanning heart, sleep, readiness, fitness, vitals, and cycle tracking data throughout the day. A dedicated For You section delivers intelligent recommendations tailored to a userโ€™s daily habits โ€” such as practical guidance to adjust a wind-down routine following consecutive nights of interrupted sleep. The app pairs data with dynamic health content, offering educational videos and articles featuring Health app clinical experts.

IOS 27.3 reintroduces the redesigned Health app previewed in September. Apple tested the new Health app in the iOS 27.2 beta, but it was removed before the update launched.

HUAWEI’s Watch D3 is an impressive health companion. The HUAWEI Watch D3 rocks impressive battery life and health features.

The Health app has been updated, and there are new Insights and Longevity tabs that show more information about your health and fitness metrics. The Insights tab includes your most recent health data, like Activity Rings, heart rate, sleep score, and vitals.

They offer impressive design and tech, but are pushed down by the US ban, which means they have no official Google support and have limited availability in some regions (including, of course, the US). That makes recommending some HUAWEI devices a little tricky, but before I got my hands on the D3, I had never actually tried a HUAWEI smartwatch before, and Iโ€™d heard that the lack of Google support wasnโ€™t such a big deal for its wearables.

Apple Intelligence will use that information to offer Personal Guidance. The Health app will be able to make suggestions based on your goals and what kinds of activities you do.

Iโ€™ve been testing the HUAWEI Watch D3 for a couple of weeks now, and I am so glad to say that this (mostly) turned out to be the case. Not only that, but it also has unique features that could beat the mainstream competition.

Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 wearers will see their readiness score in the Insights tab as well as on the watch. The readiness score is meant to help you decide whether to push yourself harder, take a recovery day, or work out as usual.

HUAWEI is a master at design Edgar Cervantes / If I had to pick my favorite tech brand for its designs, it would have to be HUAWEI. Its devices are impressively good-looking, and the higher-end models are made of premium materials, built to feel structurally solid.

A redesigned Vitals section has overnight and daytime views, and HRV has been added as a metric. There are readings for both overall HRV and recovery HRV.

The Health app’s Longevity tab looks at health data over time. It assesses you across seven categories: heart health, sleep, mental wellbeing, movement health, metabolic health, hearing, and nutrition.

It also has a Health Age feature that uses info like resting heart rate, VO2 max, HRV, sleep, and biomarkers from blood work to calculate how your health metrics compare to your actual age. Health Age relies on health data collected from the Apple Watch, plus it incorporates fitness assessments you can take at home with tracking via the iPhone’s camera.
