The fans have spoken – the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE isn’t it. It could be, but the results from last week’s poll make it very clear that the S26 FE train isn’t leaving the station without a tangible price drop. As things stand right now, people are gravitating towards other Galaxy models – the Galaxy S25 FE and S26+ in particular offer similar specs at better value-for-money – or they are exploring alternatives outside of Samsung.

We don’t think that the S26 FE will be getting such an encore. The downgrades on the Galaxy S26 FE from the S25 FE were received poorly – especially in the light of the price hike from last year. $700 / £700 / €800 for a phone with a USB 2.0 port just rubs people the wrong way.
